Judit is a mother of three sons, family – as her first challenge in team entrepreneurship - gives harmony and a strong basis for her life. Social entrepreneurship stands in the focus of her work, special regard to self and community development. She is an assistant professor at University of Debrecen. Since 2011 working also as a team coach at Team Academy Debrecen. She is the curator of TEDxDebrecen, co-founder of DebrecenHUB community office and the Innovative Generation program. Her vocation is coaching. In 2015 they have created the Debrecen Coach Club.

Communication & Cooperation - these two words describe her the most. With an MA degree in French Language and Literature, and 3 years of PhD studies in Media and Communication studies, words and languages are truly her passions. As being someone who likes to challenge herself in an international environment, she is currently working for National Instruments, in Finance, as the European Credit Analyst. As co-founder of Debrecen HUB, she is enthusiastically working on building a self-conscious and open minded community in Debrecen and around - including entrepreneurs and others.
